Delivery

United Kingdom

Tracked delivery is free on every order to a United Kingdom address. There is no minimum spend and no code to enter.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and typically arrive within 9 days of the day you order.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend are processed from the following Monday.

Outside the United Kingdom

We currently deliver to the following destinations:

Import duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties, local taxes and customs handling charges. These are set by the destination country, are payable by the recipient, and are outside our control. We cannot predict their amount and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Goods are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Tracking your order

You receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link when the parcel leaves us. Our Track your order page explains what each status means.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address before completing your order. We cannot change it once a parcel has been dispatched. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was able to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and a further delivery charge may apply.

Delays

Deliveries are occasionally delayed by the carrier, by weather or by customs. Where we know of a delay, we will tell you. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of ordering, write to us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening it if you can, and contact us. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we replace it or refund it in full, at your choice.
